1. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging Pixcross for any digital design, branding, or web development services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Our site utilizes third-party tools such as Cal.com and Web3Forms; by using these features, you also acknowledge and agree to their respective terms of service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services Rendered
Pixcross provides UI/UX design, web development, branding, and interactive digital solutions. The scope of each project will be defined in a formal Statement of Work (SOW) or project proposal mutually agreed upon before work commences.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon final payment, all final digital assets, designs, and source files explicitly outlined in the project scope become the property of the client. Pixcross reserves the right to showcase the completed work in our portfolio, case studies, and social media channels unless a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed.
4. Payment Terms
Projects typically require a 50% non-refundable deposit to begin work, with the remaining 50% due upon project completion and before final assets are transferred. Late payments may incur additional fees as outlined in your specific contract.
5. Limitation of Liability
Pixcross shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of our services or completed digital assets.
